Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack your items in their original Craighill box to ensure they are protected during transit, as damaged goods may not be eligible for a full refund.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received, our team will inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
